Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Be familiar with Galileo, Amadeus, Fare database, Fare database engine, Scripts and other systems that are in use and do bookings for the client as per the SLA.
- Respond to client\xe2\x80\x99s email within 2 hours and/or as per SLA.
- Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in order to provide efficient service to the client at all times
- Provide the most cost effective and best / optimal fare to the client with the most logical routing that makes the travel convenient for the client
- Escalate any complaints or feedback received to the Team Leader.
- Identify a drop in business from clients being managed. Escalate to Team Leader and Manager
- Follow up and keep track of ticketing deadlines and inform the customer
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Travel / Tourism industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
