Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
- Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers requests & interests
- Provide information on travel visa & insurance
- Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
- Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
- Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
