Job Description

Requirements:

• Coordinate proposals (Powerpoint) for sales pitch and presentations
• Assist in some events and providing customer support
• Social Media Marketing (create posts for Facebook, Instagram)
• Create marketing content and ads
• Assist with whatsapp enquiries from customers (enquiries are quite similar, so standard response will be provided)
• Help customers to place hotel, transport bookings
• Send booking summaries to customers
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin). Third language is a bonus.

We are looking for someone:

• Helpful and pleasant attitude
• Eager to learn (it's ok if no experience, you can learn and grow here. But you should have initiative and enthusiasm to learn)
• Resourceful to find ways to help clients, help the accompany, and solve problems
• Creative and good eye for aesthetics (to create Social Media marketing content)
• Business mindset ( looking out on how to help the company - any big and small ideas are welcome and encouraged)
