As a marketing executive, you will manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing efforts and also handle operational matters in our medical devices company. The day-to-day activities: \xe2\x97\x8f Support marketing efforts such as EDM, edits to websites, create promotional materials, etc \xe2\x97\x8f Handle daily operational tasks \xe2\x97\x8f Make use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc to improve your work \xe2\x97\x8f Handle and resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 issues independently and promptly. \xe2\x97\x8f Process orders and arrange for delivery of products to customers \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with the logistics provided to arrange for the courier to pick up and deliver the products \xe2\x97\x8f Managing a small group of part-time packers \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating with our global network of specimen collectors to ensure the timely delivery of samples to our laboratory. Reviewing results and creating drug testing reports for our customers. The must-haves: \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of graphics editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc \xe2\x97\x8f Desire for self-improvement and learning \xe2\x97\x8f Willing to speak up and cover all operational matters \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible and independent \xe2\x97\x8f Communication and interpersonal abilities. Optional to have: \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney Working hours is Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Location: Bukit Batok If required, we can offer an Employment pass and Work Permit.
