Job Description


Job Scope:

  • Assist Director with business development
  • Build a good relationship with travel suppliers/vendors such as transportation, hotels, airlines, etc.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price
  • Quote for travel itinerary, and coordinate with clients to book hotels, flight, rental car, etc.
  • Manage all the confidential documents, including payment, itinerary, visa application, and etc.
  • To solve traveling-related problem raised by clients
  • Analyze and access the price and services of traveling packages
  • Coordinate with clients for business trip, including airport pick-up service, hotel room reservation and recce trip
  • Create, optimize and update company trip policies
  • Prepare budget report
  • Prepare and analyze expenses report

Job Requirement:
  • At least 3 year of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in written & spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin in order to liaise with China Based Client
  • Degree holder with relevant experience preferred
