Job Responsibilities:

Handle all enquiries from all different sources with the aim of clinching the bookings
Service the clients and handle tour operations of the bookings
Follow-up after the clients return from the tour to
Assist and support in Marketing activities and Tour Planners

Job Requirements:

Experience in the high-end and luxury customer service, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry would be an added advantage
Travel background is a necessity with experience in Hotels, Travel, Airlines, Airport etc.
Hybrid work environment and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Self-starter, take pride being the best in your role and lots of initiative
Ability to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
High adaptability to a dynamic fast paced and changing environment
Opportunities to travel and work in different locations
