Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all enquiries from all different sources with the aim of clinching the bookings
  • Service the clients and handle tour operations of the bookings
  • Follow-up after the clients return from the tour to
  • Assist and support in Marketing activities and Tour Planners
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in the high-end and luxury customer service, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry would be an added advantage
  • Travel background is a necessity with experience in Hotels, Travel, Airlines, Airport etc.
  • Hybrid work environment and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Self-starter, take pride being the best in your role and lots of initiative
  • Ability to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
  • High adaptability to a dynamic fast paced and changing environment
  • Opportunities to travel and work in different locations
