Provide accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, hotel, car & ground transportation reservations, visa applications, and travel insurance arrangements.
Planning travel itineraries, making reservations & ticketing, refunds & invoicing.
Understand clients\xe2\x80\x99 need for complete accurate records of bookings and, offer the best alternatives available in terms of pricing & routing.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreement & clients\xe2\x80\x99 travel policies and, maintain accurate Client Profiles.
Keeping up to date with product knowledge and sound travel advice to corporate customers.
Build and maintain good working relationships with our corporate customers.
Requirement:
Diploma in Tourism, Hotel or Business Management or any relevant.
Preferably with related experience in the Corporate Travel and/or Airlines industry
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused and good team player with a collaborative mindset to drive the best outcomes.
Strong knowledge in Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus or any form of GDS Air Ticketing reservation system)
