Date: 26-Feb-2023 Location: Singapore, 01, SG Company: Shiseido PRIMARY FUNCTION Under the guidance of HR team, the intern will be supporting the development and implementation of Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits initiatives for Shiseido Travel Retail (STR). Other learning opportunities include the exposure to travel retail beauty industry, stakeholder engagement and management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Learning & Development Senior Manager, the intern is responsible for: Talent Management and L&D
Support the execution of onboarding activities
Work closely with program owners to enhance onboarding process
Support the roll out learning initiatives
Design and create video content for e-learning modules
Project manage ad-hoc L&D projects
Data management & analysis
Conduct training analysis
Support the design and development of dashboard
Support policy review and harmonization project
Employee Engagement & Communications
Develop and manage the communications efforts around a broad range of HR initiatives
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant fields
Proficient in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in video creation software/tool is an added advantage
Analytical skills and statistical proficiency are essential
Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Self-er \xe2\x80\x93 high energy levels, positive and enthusiastic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
