MAIN PURPOSE
Shiseido Travel Retail is a fast-growing organization, focusing on distribution within Duty Free Zones - Airports and Downtown Stores. Shiseido Group holds more than 10 brands from Luxury to premium range across the Perfume and Cosmetics categories.
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandising Executive / Senior Executive can look forward to global exposure and growth within the company.
Managing selected Prestige & Cosmetics brands under the Shiseido Group, this position plays a vital role in creating and executing our standard visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the aesthetic appeal whilst ensuring consistency for counter displays, planograms for new/existing counter openings and promotions across the APAC Regions. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring that seasonal updates are implemented on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall management of seasonal planograms from planning to execution in accordance to our Regions\xe2\x80\x99 assortment
• Ensure that the visual merchandising guidelines are consistent with brand\xe2\x80\x99s aesthetics and are regionally relevant
• Responsible for forecasting of VM display tools for seasonal launches and counter openings
• Collaborate with the Global Team to adapt global planograms, animations/outposts and seasonal launches\xe2\x80\x99 guidelines specific for our Regions
• Responsible for working with the Store Design Team for new counter openings, renovations and ordering of VM counter tools
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Teams to understand market needs to maximize products\xe2\x80\x99 exposure and to optimize sales potential
• Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure that POSMs are produced qualitatively and delivered within the stipulated timeline
• Develop and strengthen vendor\xe2\x80\x99s ability to meet the Brands\xe2\x80\x99 standards and expectations

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, or Graphic Design

• Min 1 - 3 years of experience in a design environment. Prior experience in Beauty environment will be an advantage. More experienced candidates can be considered at Senior Executive.

• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as design software\xe2\x80\x99s - Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software\xe2\x80\x99s or Sketchup will be an added advantage
• Good sense of design and possess an eye for detail
• Matured, self-motivated, well-organised, meticulous and solution-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
• Ability to read and communicate in English
