Main Function Reporting to the Finance Head in regional office, the person in this role is responsible for treasury, cash management, payment as well as other accounting/reporting matters. Key Responsibilities Cash management Cash flow forecast & planning to ensure liquidity updating of cash book monitoring of inward & outward remittances Daily payment Checking of invoices & other supporting documents maintenance of SAP master bank records running of payment requests Liaise and follow up with banks on all treasury matters Follow up on daily trade finance documentation, e.g. LC, import/export collection, AR financing, SBLC & STA Support supervisor in the maintenance of existing bank facilities, securing of new facilities and execution of bank documentation Support Group Treasury in the annual renewal & operation of syndicated revolving credit facility Treasury reporting Weekly updating of cash balances & bank line utilization. Weekly treasury position report User acceptance test for treasury modules of SAP and other company IT systems Treasury-related monthly closing tasks: month-end bank reconciliation SAP payment marking Key Requirements / Experience Minimum higher diploma in accounting, CAT holder or Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent. Minimum 5 years relevant experience. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Application (particularly in pivot table, Microsoft Excel). Well-organised, self-motivated, resourceful and has a good sense of responsibility and demonstrates initiative. Ability to multi-task, work as part of a team as well as individually with minimum supervision. Good communication skills and able to work with people from diverse background and culture. Has a positive attitude with strong desire to learn. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
