Treasury Assistant Manager (debt Financing), Real Estate
Job Description
I am partnering one of the largest real estate developers in Singapore (with real estate portfolio mainly across Singapore and Australia) to hire a Treasury Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
This role will be focusing on debt financing. Key responsibilities include RFP preparation for working capital and development financing, Group debt covenants monitoring, debt allocation tracking, formulation and refining of debt management policies, evaluation, and negotiation of financing proposals from FI(s) and their key terms and providing recommendations on loan drawdowns/ rollovers and repayments.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in debt financing. To succeed in this role, prior experience with TMS and strong communication skills are key.
