We are looking for an accounting professional with prior experience in managing and implementing treasury system! JOB DESCRIPTION Involved in the preparation, review and analysis process of the group cash flow projections Co-ordinate with parent company, banks and subsidiaries (local and overseas) on financing requirements Assist in loan documentations including to collate, follow-up, monitor and ensure conditions required to complete the transaction or financing are met timely Assist in daily treasury operations such as preparation of trade requests and settlements for deposit, loans and FX transactions into internal treasury management system Liaise with subsidiaries on loan disbursements, fund transfers and placement of deposits Track and monitor foreign exchange exposures and loan covenants to ensure compliance Monitor and prepare the compliance certificates on loan covenants to banks and trustees Prepare monthly reports on fixed deposits placements, bank balances, utilisation of loan facilities, FX transactions and other treasury reports Prepare notes to accounts in relation to treasury matters for the purpose of the statutory accounts Liaise with Group Accounts and auditors on transactions relating to treasury matters JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or ACCA 2-3 years of relevant working experience in similar functions. Candidates with no prior experience can be considered for executive role.
