Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for all aspects of accounting and tax functions relating to BMW Asia
• Pacific Capital Pte. Ltd. This entails direct responsibility for accounts ownership intercompany reconciliation, financial statements preparation and external reporting and filing of corporate taxes
• Support APAC regional entities on accounting matters related to treasury derivatives
• Manage all accounting functions of the Company
• Timely closing of Treasury management system on a monthly basis
• Responsible to prepare full set of accounts of the Company in the ERP systems
• Timely submission of financial reporting pack to Headquarters on a monthly basis
• Prepare the monthly financial and management accounts (P&L, B/S and supplementary reports) for analysis
• Lead the audit of the Company, which include drafting of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Point of contact with corporate secretaries for AGM
• Responsible to perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all cashflow are accounted for
• Prepare tax return in liaison with tax agents
• Ensure compliance with indirect taxes, for example GST and WHT

• Relevant work experience in accounting
• Experience of working in regional corporate treasury centre is an advantage
• Hands on proficiency in SAP FICO, Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous in their work with strong attention to detail when working with figures and calculations
• Organised, focused and deliver results amidst competing priorities
• Good analytical skills, able to work independently and effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of cross-functional and multicultural stakeholders
