Job Description

We are currently working with a Tier 1 Real Estate Developer to look for a Treasury Manager to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly lean and professional team with an ambition to be one of the largest players in the region to impact the sector. Besides an attractive remuneration package, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with a pool of talented Treasury personnels to gain diverse exposure.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage funding/daily cash position of company / projects / overseas projects
-Review internal control procedures and propose revisions to existing procedures to increase efficiency
-Liaise with banks/financial institutions on financing arrangements including legal documentation and loan administration
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements of central banks/statutory bodies and financing documents
-Prepare reports for submission to management and Group Finance Accounts
-Monitor milestones, covenants, undertakings in financing documents for deliver compliance reports and other submissions to the bank
-Maintain regular updates with banks for operational needs

Job Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
-Minimum 7 years of experience in accounts, finance or treasury related role
-Good team player with ability to work independently
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
