Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise day-to-day Treasury transactions and operations Manage the Group's funds and liquidity position to meet investment and operational requirements, identifying potential shortfalls / surplus along the way. Assist in the planning and execution of financing options. Monitor and manage currency and interest rate exposure for the Group. Arrange funding for development projects and assist in negotiations of loan documentation Ensure and track compliance of loan covenants, Treasury policies and procedures. Maintain banking relationships to support the Group's operations. Facilitate and coordinate intercompany lending and repayment. Analyse Treasury reports, corporate and consolidated group cashflows Perform cash flows modelling and scenario analysis Provide Treasury advice and support to subsidiaries locally and overseas. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to timeRequirements: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 8 years of corporate treasury experience covering deals and execute FX swaps, interest rate swaps, cross currency swaps, forwards, spot, etc. Experience in dealing with corporate finance instruments e.g. bonds, perpetual, MTN and hedging (forex, interest rates), ISDA documentation and settlement of Treasury transactions Experience in dealing with cross border/international financial institutions Able to contribute to process improvements Able to read and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint and preferably conversant with treasury management systems Experience in implementation of Treasury systems would be an advantage
