Job Description


The CBISO (Commercial Bank International Onboarding and Service) organization is seeking an International Onboarding Manager who will oversee a team of International Onboarding Specialists (IOS) who have global responsibility for the onboarding of Commercial Banking (CB) clients together with supporting client coverage teams in the fulfilment of Wholesale Payments product implementation. Helping our clients expand their business is a strategic opportunity for Commercial Banking, and the implementation experience sets the tone. You will be a valued member of the team responsible for driving and coordinating the client onboarding experience and implementing cash management products, services and channels.

You will provide direction, support and facilitation for the IOS to successfully execute complex global implementations focused on end-to-end ownership of the client experience. You will build relationships globally that enables your team to promote a client centric organization which supports the business\' initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation and resolution of risks and issues Partner and influence shared purposes through trust and teamwork across businesses and functions
  • Make it simpler for clients to work with us by questioning assumptions and operating models for continuous improvement
  • Maintain controls agenda to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm
  • Promote growth of team members via the firm\'s Performance Development framework
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse work environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • You should have a minimum of 10 years of Implementation / Client Consulting experience within the financial services industry
  • You should have at least 5 years of team management experience, including coaching or mentoring employees with varying experience and background
  • Experience adapting to a fast paced, changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving results
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, to manage conflict and change, and mobilize internal resources when required
  • Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience of the application project management methodology
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent

  • Language skills (written & spoken) - Japanese/Korean preferred as you may be required to cover Japan/Korea markets.
