Position Summary

We are seeking a Treasury Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Treasury Management Systems (TMS). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the treasury systems support business needs and comply with regulatory requirements. Candidates from any industry background are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

System Ownership & Enhancement

Lead and support the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Treasury Management Systems Manage treasury-related technology projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, execution, testing, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (particularly Group IT) and external vendor(s) to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to treasury operations. Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and user guides.




Support & Training

Provide training and support to treasury users and other stakeholders. Provide day-to-day support for Treasury users and act as escalation point for system-related issues.




Treasury Process Optimisation

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and automation. Translate Treasury business requirements into system functionality and workflows. Streamline operational processes, including payments, cash visibility, intercompany lending, and risk management.




Governance & Control

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data security standards. Support audit and compliance reviews by ensuring adequate controls within the system environment. Implement system-driven controls to minimize operational and financial risks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury systems management, including project management and system implementation Strong understanding of treasury operations such as cash management, payments, FX, and liquidity. Experience with one or more Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, Reval). Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. * PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
