Position: Treatment Supervisor (Full time #530283)
Property / Office: Mandarin Oriental, Singapore
Location: Singapore

Conducts training for all treatments, products and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Spa team
Plans day-to-day operations for the Spa including but not limited to:
- coordinating therapists' treatments for guests,
- review daily bookings for treatments
- conduct daily line up meetings
- handle any guest complains or feedback
- oversee back of house operations including preparation of rooms
- conduct weekly stock checks of all spa professional products,
- ensure that all stocks are placed into storage and a stock rotation system is implemented,
- frequent checks of spa treatment equipment and follow up on maintenance issues
- Stand-in for therapists or concierge as and when required
- Any other duties as assigned by Director of Spa and Wellness
