Position objective and summary * Monitor, plan and organise the waste/wastewater treatment system processing activities * Submit reports on performance and progress Main tasks / activities / re Position objective and summary Monitor, plan and organise the waste/wastewater treatment system processing activities Submit reports on performance and progress Main tasks / activities / responsibilities Manage Shift Teams for daily operation activities Ensure safe & smooth operation of systems & equipment and schedule regular maintenance Check on production output according to specifications Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Train and guide operators on safety protocol, work procedures & SOPs Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.) Relevant Diploma with 2+ yrs/ Nitec with 3+ yrs relevant work experience Experience in evaporator & process plant supervisory role will be advantageous Experience working in EHS and Permit-To-Work system Able to speak, read and write in English and Chinese Good in communication skills and building teamwork among members of diverse cultures Singaporean & PR preferred
