We want our people to care about and be proud of what they do.The RoleTo aid our rapidly expanding growth, we are looking for a proactive Trial Co-ordinator to help us provide seamless world class customer service and showcase EZRA propositions (e.g. digital coaching, platforms), enabling us to launch at scale and provide prospective and existing customers with a unique EZRA experience.Reporting into the VP of Marketing for APAC, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, as well as Technical Support and Delivery teams, supporting with the end-to-end operations of trials for prospective customers.What You\'ll Do:

  • Provide proactive first-level service to EZRA prospective clients during pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases.
  • Collaborate with sales and coach solutions teams to tailor experiences, secure new clients, and drive revenue for existing accounts.
  • Represent the EZRA brand and demonstrate partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Project manage client onboarding and ensure smooth handoff to sales post-trial.
  • Support Customer Success Managers (CSM) in onboarding for growth opportunities and collaborate with sales for effective follow-ups.
  • Oversee account-level reporting and perform strategic check-ins with client stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed handoff to the selling team for post-trial implementation.
  • Align client experiences with sales to deliver a best-in-class customer journey.
  • Work with the Coaching Solutions team to select and brief coaches pre-trial.
  • Maximize participant engagement and facilitate client reporting.
  • Assist in developing client-facing materials and stay updated on EZRA\'s platform capabilities.
  • Support CSMs in executing delivery milestones and launch interventions.
  • Provide data and insights to CSMs to enhance trial outcomes and collaboration.
  • Act as an internal point of contact for experience deliverables.
  • Connect data insights to meet business and client objectives.
  • Understand customer success metrics and compile account reporting for client debriefs.
  • Participate in CSM and Marketing communities for training and process improvements.
  • Work with marketing to ensure experience alignment and communicate relevant assets and activities.
  • Assist in account follow-ups through marketing communications.
  • Support logistics and events for in-market client activities.
About you
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer success or client-facing role.
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experienced in navigating evolving business environments and aligning customer needs with business strategies.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Administrative skills, with a good understanding of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
