Provide accounting support for trusts and/or underlying companies.\xc2\xa7 Maintain timely and proper accounts and other financial records for a portfolio of trusts and/or underlying companies.\xc2\xa7 Complete the project accounts within the stipulated timelines.\xc2\xa7 Provide accounting support to the Trust Administration team such as distributions, payments from and receipts into trusts and/or underlying companies.\xc2\xa7 Ensure completeness of bank portfolio statements and accounts statements received.\xc2\xa7 Contribute efforts for ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by Management.\xc2\xa7 Act in accordance with core values (Lasting Value, Integrity, Forward-looking, Respect, Responsibility) of the organisation and demonstrate the highest standards of business and personal conduct.Qualifications\xc2\xa7 Diploma/Degree in Accounting. Candidates in the midst of pursuing ACCA accreditation will be considered.\xc2\xa7 1 to 3 years of trust accounting experience is an advantage.\xc2\xa7 Good communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xa7 Able to work with minimal supervision\xc2\xa7 Good time management and organizational skills.\xc2\xa7 Meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.\xc2\xa7 Conversant with Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel.\xc2\xa7 Team player
