Key Responsibilities



Manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and related structures. Handle the day-to-day administration of trust accounts, including payments, distributions, and asset management. Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including AML/CFT requirements. Prepare reports, minutes, and other documentation for trust meetings. Support senior trust officers and management with ad-hoc projects or client requests.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of experience

in trust administration, fiduciary services, or related field. Strong knowledge of trust structures, estate planning, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration systems.

Relevant certifications

such as STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification would be an advantage.
