Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft client proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Conduct and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist the Client Advisors with day-to-day tasks, including follow-up on client queries and ongoing client relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client requests and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Help identify potential opportunities for business development and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the company\'s CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to trust services.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or background in legal, financial, or trust services is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client confidentiality.
