Platforms Commercialization and Digital Security Product Manager is a strategic role in the TTS APAC Platforms & Data Services team. We are looking for a client-obsessed product manager to lead the strategic vision and execution of commercialization of the full suite of Digital Platform offerings for our transaction banking clients. The Product Manager will co-create with clients who wish to leverage Citi’s digital banking capabilities and connectivity solutions as “building blocks” to solve their business challenges, helping drive their operational efficiency and business growth. With the shift across industries towards consumer to business (C2B) and business to consumer operating (B2C) models, the Product Manager will be a catalyst for change, advising our clients as they build out their applications and services, growing at pace and building scale. As we build the next generation of Platform capabilities, this role will also lead the Digital Security agenda for the Region. Key Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert and drive adoption of strategic capabilities across CitiDirect and CitiConnect product suite including defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for new launches
  • Leverage data to identify the best solutions for the various client segments and drive adoption in a targeted way.
  • Define metrics for tracking success and leverage data to drive adoption / identify areas of further improvement, innovating to deliver a stellar client experience
  • Collaborate with Sales in defining holistic API, File and SWIFT connectivity led solutions for clients, understanding the end to end business flow of a transaction from inception to settlement.
  • Be the Digital Security expert for the region, championing new product developments, roll out and client advisory in this critical and dynamic space.

Skills and Competencies
  • Minimum 7 years of product management experience in corporate to bank connectivity / electronic banking / platforms delivery / FinTech ecosystem
  • Experience in successful implementation of large, customer experience projects while managing cross functional stakeholders
  • Working Knowledge of client systems and how they interact with APIs, including in-house platforms, ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and TMSs (Kyriba, SunGard, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues
  • Client obsession and desire to continuously improve client/developer experience
