Job Description
Our client is a Oil & Gas industry. They are looking for a Turnaround Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a team in planning and executing a temporary shutdown for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
- Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans, schedules, and cost estimates for the turnaround and ensure they are followed.
- Coordination: Collaborate with different departments to coordinate activities and prioritize work during the turnaround.
- Safety and Quality: Implement safety procedures, conduct meetings with contractors, and ensure compliance with environmental and security requirements. Maintain high-quality standards.
- Financial Management: Monitor expenses, manage the budget, and communicate any deviations or potential issues to management.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the turnaround team, facility managers, and shift supervisors to clarify priorities and provide status updates
- A Degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in plant engineering and turnaround execution is necessary.
- Prior Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is a bonus.
