Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Advertising Agencies and Sales on the timely processing of intricate TV Commercial Bookings for all channels using in-house system.
- Ensure compliance with business processes, advertising guidelines and standards when processing the TV Commercial Booking orders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on spot bookings
- Servicing the assigned set of advertising agencies on all other matters affecting commercial bookings.
- Creation of Media Sales Quotation and processing of service orders for TV in PS4.
- Sales Agent and Master Contract Tagging
- Perform other administrative duties
- Minimum GCE \'O\' Level
- Good with numbers and have an eye for details
- Possess right working attitude, is meticulous and has good follow-up
- Knowledge of MS Office; with SAP knowledge have added advantage
- Team player with good communication skill
- Result Oriented, motivated quick learner
