Job Description


  • Typing of financial statements using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Assisting technical team members on admin processes
  • Carrying out general administration tasks, such as filing, copying, binding, and scanning etc.
  • Performing Receptionist duties such as greet and assist visitors at the office
  • Handling of mails and couriers
  • Answering of telephone calls
  • Supporting on office administration such as procurement and maintenance
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks as instructed by the management
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of financial statements typing experience in accounting firm
  • Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
