Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

UAT Manager

with strong

data and testing lifecycle management skills

to oversee multiple projects across the testing phase, from planning to go-live. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing end-to-end UAT processes, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver UAT activities across 4-5 concurrent projects from planning to project go-live. Lead complete test management processes -- requirement analysis, test design, SIT, UAT, defect management, and warranty support. Define and execute test strategy and planning, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Track and report daily and weekly test execution progress and deliverables. Anticipate risks and issues in testing projects and propose mitigation plans. Utilize defect management tools such as

JIRA

and

Zephyr

for tracking and reporting. Oversee a team of 5-10 testers, providing guidance, motivation, and direction. Coordinate with key stakeholders including Program Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UAT users. Ensure project stakeholder satisfaction and handle conflicts with diplomacy. Gather metrics and prepare project test status reports. Participate and drive continuous improvements in test processes.

Technical & Functional Knowledge:

Knowledge of batch runs, test executions, and enterprise workflow systems. Understanding of telecommunications, unified communications, and business process workflows. Strong testing methodology and

banking domain knowledge
