Lead inspection, maintenance, repair and testing of UAV hardware and associated systems to maintain operational readiness.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and apply engineering principles to rectify issues promptly.
Work with engineering, operations and logistics teams to plan maintenance schedules and implement system upgrades.
Manage and utilise standard operating procedures, maintenance manuals and technical reports to support knowledge management and compliance standards.
Provide support during events or exercises when requested, ensuring UAV systems perform under operational conditions.

Requirements
Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
Proven experience in UAV maintenance and troubleshooting, with a strong technical foundation in electronics, mechanics and system integrations.
Mandatory:
UAV Technician - specifically at the engine / air-vehicle maintenance domain -- for
at least 2 years
.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation across teams and stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance.
