JOB SUMMARYA government financial institution is seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to enhance our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a robust portfolio of innovative digital designs, and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to create cohesive and user-centric designs. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience principles, responsive and mobile-first design, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Design user-friendly interfaces and visually appealing elements for MAS\'s digital platforms.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure cohesive and user-centric designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure all visual designs adhere to the government financial institution\'s brand guidelines and reflect it\'s identity.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve design quality and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep government financial institution\'s digital presence modern and effective.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work, particularly in digital interfaces.
• Knowledge of user experience principles and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating interactive designs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices for digital content.
