Role Summary:
- We are looking for an inspiring UI/UX Designer to bring to life the user experience and brand identity for the portfolio of Company\xe2\x80\x99s products and features.
- You will be responsible for designing rich and intuitive user experience/user interfaces for our web and mobile products.
- The designs should satisfy simplicity, ease-of-use and a rich user experience.
- He/She has a natural interest in design and behavioural science, and the ability to work as one team.
The Role:
- Candidate will work closely and collaborate with the Product team, Development, and QA\xe2\x80\x99s to create and build the ideal experience our customers need.
- Knowledge of design principles for iOS, Android and Web solutions (including responsive design and native applications).
- Create process/user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and clickable prototypes to illustrate the proposed application flow and functionality and better define application requirements.
- Be able to stand by your designs and provide solid rationale to back up your decision.
Authorities:
- Executes the visual and interaction methods planned for the products to cultivate better experience for users.
Experience/Training:
- 3-5 years in related professional work.
- Experience in healthcare domain is preferred, not mandatory.
- Knowledge in designing for web and mobile platforms (Apple and Android design guidelines).
- Passionate about creating great user experiences to the point of obsession.
- Experience designing world class user interfaces for the web and mobile.
Education:
- A Degree or Diploma in Design or its equivalent courses.
Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency with UI/UX design tools in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Ilustrator, Adobe XD), InVision, Figma or other similar tools.
- Experience and understanding of Product Management and the agile process.
- Knowledge of visual, UI and interaction design principles with an eye for details and consistency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and also to collaborate with other team members.
