And most of all, you must also be prepared to succeed, sleep, do it again the next day, and the day after that.So what does an eCommerce UI/UX Specialist in PRAXXYS really do?As an eCommerce UI/UX Specialist, you will:

• Create high quality designs in a timely manner; promptly meet deadlines at all times

• Able to create high-quality designs in a timely manner; must promptly meet deadlines at all times

• Ensure 90% customer satisfaction rating by using the following measures:

• Promptness in delivering said projects

• Quality of the output

• and aesthetic value, among others

• Be able to submit outputs within the scheduled deadline

• Plot a work schedule that considers work speed, time needed for one task.

• Be able to provide proper and understandable design rationale if needed, while ensuring that the project is still within the timeline.

• Communicate well with the Discovery Team, AE, and PMs to foresee if there will be new projects coming into the design phase or if there are other issues to discuss.

• Provide quarterly reports and assessment to the team.

• Assist teammates on annual internal documents

• Show notable growth in quality and speed in both UI and UX designing across all types of projects: informative websites, online booking, e-commerce, systems, game design, AR/VR and B2B software, system design and mobile apps

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field

• At least 1 - 2 years experience in mobile app design

• Must have advanced knowledge on mobile app design

• Must possess advanced UI/UX knowledge

• Must possess advanced Figma & Adobe XD Skills

• Must possess intermediate Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator Skills

• Must be knowledgeable and updated on the latest web and mobile app design trends, innovations, and techniques

• Must have the skills to properly create flows and understand client business processes for technical projects, especially e-commerce, mobile apps, and software systems

• Must possess intermediate research skills in order to fully understand the nature of the project, analyze similar web or mobile app or system projects used in the same industry
