Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. Training Facilitation1. Successfully completes Train the Trainer sessions or Trainer certification programs.2. Facilitates product training for new employees, cross training and skills enhancement training for tenured Developers.3. Creates training outlines and modules.4. Conducts Side by Side Mentoring on a regular basis.5. Conducts make-up classes for developers who missed any training session.6. Escalates training issues to immediate supervisor or Program Leader.7. Facilitates debrief session, process meeting or team huddles.B. Performance Assessment and Management1. Evaluates trainee performance.2. Effectively provides immediate feedback and coaching.3. Monitors trainee progress in achieving performance goals.4. Completes quality checking during training to prevent errorsC. Reporting and Data Analysis1. Provides regular training and accuracy reports.2. Provides performance and trend data to program team leaders and managers as needed.3. Recommends action plans based on performance data.4. Performs training needs analysis regularly.5. Prepares additional reports as needed.D. Accuracy Monitoring1. Performs real time check for accuracy as required by different process/businessowners.2. Provides immediate feedback to developers on assigned tasks.3. Uses accuracy monitoring data to track performance at team and individual levels.4. Responsible for creating and maintaining error books for the team/s.5. Creates and executes action plans to address accuracy or training issues.6. Works hand in hand with Quality and Operations in strategizing andexecuting action plans.F. Doing the Work: Continuing Education1. Takes on project development tasks as contingency on days where the demand on project completion is needed.2. Takes responsibility with developing own knowledge and skill set by research and application of new technology and principles that are relevant to the task(s) on hand.3. Takes responsibility in ensuring that updates are disseminated to the relevant population who requires the knowledge.G. Supervisory Responsibilities1. Can function as a backup team leader if needed.H. Others1. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the program team leaders and account managers.2. Maintains training materials, data and repository to contain accurate and up-to-date content.3. Joins weekly/periodic team meetings for updates and alignment.4. Adheres to personal performance goals relevant to the role; set by the management.5. Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct as stipulated in the Company Handbook.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Demonstrates initiative by thinking of ways to improve the training or coaching process.12. Good interpersonal skills, adaptable to change and can work in a team environment.13. May be required to stay extra hours to complete training requirements, progress reports, complete quality monitoring reports, attend meetings, and/or other account activities.14. May be required to travel as a business requirement.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A university degree or related degree in IT, Computer Engineering is preferred Proven experience in software developmentLANGUAGE SKILLSMust be very fluent in both written and oral English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret trends and reports that is available internal and external. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
