Job Description

We are currently working with a leading US law firm who are seeking a talented England & Wales qualified competition associate to join their expanding team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with a strong background in non-contentious competition law to join a renowned international practice and work with high-profile clients.Requirements:

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in competition law Experience in the UK market with a renowned international competition team
• Previous exposure to financial institutions, PE/funds, tech/digital, and/or energy company clients Strong experience in M&A transactions, restructurings, and FDI work
• Expertise in merger control (UK and EU) and foreign investment matters
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-jurisdictional filing processes and obtain merger control approvals
• Self-starter mentality with a desire for continuous development
• Strong academics and additional post-graduate competition/antitrust studies preferred
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
