The internship project aims to develop a reporting dashboard for compliance assurance across all Clusters and Agencies supported by Synapxe. This dashboard will provide visibility of systems' compliance with relevant policies, including details of non-compliance issues and their remediation status. Key tasks include analysing the operational processes of the Policy, Control and Compliance (PCC) team, recommending suitable reporting metrics and dashboard layouts, project managing the development and implementation of the required dashboards. This project offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to cybersecurity initiatives in public healthcare.
The selected intern will:

• Perform Data Analysis based on user requirements
• Translate the requirements into a set of process maps and workflows that can be operationalised
• Perform end-to-end system analysis to support the business process
• Provide documentation support and assist in project meetings and coordination
• Develop user guides and training materials and communication to raise awareness
• Any other tasks as assigned

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security or related field
• Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
