We are looking for talented University Graduates! Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Private Banking Region Asia Pacific (APAC) division under the Global India & Developed Markets (GIDM) desk and related fields.

Our global Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to develop your career and unleash your full potential in Private Banking. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in\xe2\x80\x90depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, allowing you to work abroad for a few months.

Start date: 1 October 2023
Programme duration: 18 months

Join the Private Banking Region APAC division and become part of the GIDM desk in Singapore. You will work with our Relationship Managers to support their day-to-day tasks in serving our clients and acquiring new ones.

Rotations include, but are not limited to:

• The GIDM Front Teams
• The Investment & Wealth Management Services Teams

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Develop a deep understanding of the front office business operations, front risk management framework, product platform and investment management process
• Support the Group Heads in developing, implementing, and managing business processes
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Investment advisors in developing bespoke investment solutions for clients
• Analyse investment opportunities based on client risk profiles and wealth management strategies
• Support the growth of the business through involvement in organizational initiatives and implementation of business strategies
• Act as a liaison between Relationship Managers, Product Specialists and Business Managers
• Keep abreast of the financial market environment and trends

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\'s degree from a university (graduation max. within last 24 months)
• Eagerness to learn about banking products and financial markets
• Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
• Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to build effective working relationships with a common goal towards excellence while maintaining the highest ethical standards
• Entrepreneurial mind-set, coupled with a willingness to take on challenging responsibilities
• Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
• Mobility to take up roles in the main private banking centers globally
• Eligible for employment authorisation in Singapore
