Job Scope:
xf0x9fx91x89 Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
xf0x9fx91x89 Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services
xf0x9fx91x89 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsRequirements:
xf0x9fx91x89 Able to commit fully for at least 6 months or longer! Role can be long-term / convertible to a permanent role!
xf0x9fx91x89 Must be comfortable to work in a call centre environment
