In-charge of office administration and coordination
Manage tenancy agreement, renewal and related matters
Handle the whole facility management activities
Contact Person for building maintenance and office administration
In-charge of procurement and replenishment of office supplies and inventories
Handle employee welfare activities
Responsible for company safety matters
Ad hoc duties as assigned


Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 - 3 years of office administration and facility management experience
