Job Description

Job Responsibility * Plan and execute development work of new product

• Review and refine existing products to improve cost and quality
• Support first batch production trial
• Support trial application at customer site
• Resolve paint related customers\' queries, attend to customer complaints, and conduct site investigation
• Write Technical Reports of the experiments and test results
• Create & maintain test reports, technical documents and files
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, etc.
• Maintaining lab equipment and report on malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with Laboratory Safety Management Standard
• Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time

Job Requirements * Degree in Chemistry or related field, NACE certification will be an advantage

• Self-starter and able to take initiative and drive towards results
• Able to meet tight deadlines and follow up on commitments
• Strong ability to solve problems and communicate effectively
• Candidates with no experience can be considered for this role

Information:

• Location: Pioneer (company transport provided)
• Salary: up to $4,200 + AWS + VB
