Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Security products implementation (Products such as Security Configuration Management, Secure System MFT, UBA, MFA, VM, PIM)
  • Documentation for project requirements
  • Follow project implementation lifecycle
  • After sales support such as product incident escalation and technical support (24x7 SLA)
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer session
  • Integration of security products
  • Keen in cyber security domain
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor qualifications
  • Able to standby 24x7
