JobScope:Daily

• Approve daily, monthly and yearly accounting journal entry
• Approve sales order and purchase order
• Control cash collection and Aging Account Receivable, including communication with Sales and Service department
• Control petty cash
• Approve bank payment
• Approve customer and supplier master registration

Monthly * Approve monthly report (GL, Sales report, inter-company confirmation and PL)

• Approve monthly report to Head Quarter in Japan
• Approve staff expense claim
• Payroll
• Other HR related work

Quarterly

• Approve quarterly reporting package to Head Quarter in Japan
• Approve GST filing
• Board of Directors meeting arrangement

Yearly

• Control physical inventory semi-annually
• Evaluation arrangement semi-annually
• Prepare and confirm income tax for employees
• Approve Corporate Tax
• Prepare full set of financial statement partially with other staff
• Approve full set of financial statement
• Counter measure to yearly external auditor Deloitte
• Counter measure to internal audit by Head Quarter in Japan every 3 years
• Compliance training

Ad-hoc

• Recruiting (Interview, Visa, Apartment)
• General Affairs (Pantry, Insurance, Company car, etc)

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience in internal / external audit
• With experience in preparing full set of financial statement as well as handling account receivable, inventory and bank reconciliation
• With at least 3 years managerial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
