Responsibilities:
Oversee day to day operations of all retail outlets across Singapore- Maximizing sales by identifying opportunities and take action to ensure company\'s competitiveness.
- Ensure operations process satisfies audit requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with internal departments and contacts.
- Collaborate with all departments and fully leverage the wider organizational resources to move toward company goals.
- Monitor KPI\'s and adjust the focus of improvement efforts as necessary to meet target goals.
- Ensure SOPs is followed strictly by sales team
- Regularly work to build, motivate, evaluate and retain dynamic and effective sales teams.
- Continuously driving the highest service standards and customer experience by partnering with the Training Manager and store visits coaching
- Effective manpower deployment to ensure full floor coverage and maximising sales
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or relevant qualification- Minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant experience in a leadership position in retail management
- Good coaching, teambuilding, and people management skills
- Experienced in a highly sales focused, high energy, and results driven environment
