Ensuring that side Station are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery or other established needs
Taking order and basic table service .

Ensure sufficient take away container & disposable item, Utensils & Side ware are in order and ordering of stock.
Checking of low running stock and inform according
\xc2\xa7 Ensure adherence to and maintenance of the highest possible standards of personal hygiene and dressing
\xc2\xa7 Receive guests upon their arrival and seat them accordingly
\xc2\xa7 Take and process orders of guests from the guests via POS System.
\xc2\xa7 Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, in a professional and courteous manner
\xc2\xa7 Clean tables and ensure that they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed and yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed
\xc2\xa7 Reset tables after used for the next guests
\xc2\xa7 When guests leave, send them off at the door (Thank you bye bye see you again ) and clear used cutlery
\xc2\xa7 Close restaurant on a rotational basis (Closing House Keeping)
Ensure that all dirty cutlery, plates or linen are cleared before closing
