Job Description
(Recruitment)Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end process of sourcing including but not limited to encoding, data base management, leads generation, social media & Job Portal postings and promotion, screening/interview.Minimum skills and abilities:
- At least 3 to 6 months of relevant experience
- with sales experience is a plus
- Preferably graduate of Psychology, HRDM or relevant
- Average written and communication skills
- Strong sourcing and recruiting strategies preferred
- Exposure to hiring support roles is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site
- Okay for a project based employment
- Opportunities for promotion
- Day shift
- 13th month salary
- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
