Job Description

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is the overall in charge of the marketing, advertising, and public relations workflow and direction. He/she is responsible for the public's perception of the company, brand, and products.Duties and Responsibilities: Integrated Marketing Communications, Brand Management, & Public Relations

• Manages the integrated marketing communications strategy in order to achieve company goals
• In charge of advertising and communications efforts in available channels (traditional and non-traditional)
• Coordinates with various departments to align communications strategies used in order to promote brand identity
• Develops and implements market activations to promote the brand
• In charge of developing and maintaining a positive public image of the brand
• Creates press releases and social media messages that shape the public opinion of the brand/company

Inquiry Development

• Directs the management of inquiries with the goal of converting these inquiries into sales/customers

Creative Direction

• Leads and provides strategies for the marketing team to produce advertising materials and collateral
• Provides creative direction for marketing/branding materials

Qualifications: a. Bachelor's Degree in Media/Advertising Management, Communications, Business-Related courses, or equivalentb. At least 5 years of work experience in Marketing & Advertisingc. Social Media & Digital Marketing experience is requiredd. Leadership experience is preferrede. Must possess creativity, originality, and excellent verbal and written communication skillsf.
