Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Must have a 5 years experience as a generalist or a specialist in related field
  • Must have a 6-10 years experience in handling Tourist Visas, Motions for Reconsiderations, AEPs, 9g Visas
  • Must have 5 years experience in payroll processing
  • Must have Computer proficiency with excellent knowledge of MS Windows operating system; MS Word; MS PowerPoint; MS Excel required; Internet Explorer and MS Outlook. And have Experience with Ceridian a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good empathy and ability to deal professionally with the employee and all levels inside and outside the organization
  • Maintaining confidentiality of employee information
  • Multi-tasker, independent, committed, target and loyalty
  • With a good personality and positive thinker

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
