Responsible for new hire orientation
Preparation of HR letters and maintain HR records
Manage HR administrative function
Support in formulating and reviewing HR polices, employee benefits and entitlements
Employee leave administration
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM Regulation
Ad hoc duties as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 year of HR experience preferably with experience supporting HR Shared Service Center
Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
