Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR:
  • Provide HR guidance and support to business/stakeholders on matters concerning employees, organisational operations and talent management.
  • Execute and oversee HR projects, systems, and processes to match business requirements and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislations.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, identify key competencies, and create job descriptions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Utilize data-driven recruitment techniques to enhance candidate pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure and improve candidate and employee experience during their transition into the organisation.
3. Talent Identification and Assessment:
  • Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and emerging leaders.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify critical skills and competencies required for various roles.
  • Develop and maintain talent profiles and succession plans for key positions.
4. Training Program Development and Implementation:
  • Design and implement training programs aligned with organisational/business goals and employee development needs.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials preparation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback analysis and performance metrics.
  • Create and build e-learning content to enhance training initiatives.
5. Career Development and Succession Planning:
  • Facilitate career development discussions between employees and managers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop career paths and succession plans for key positions to ensure continuity and readiness for future leadership roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees in setting and achieving their career goals.
6. Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Work with the team to implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover and recommend retention strategies.
7. Performance Management Support:
  • Provide support and feedback in the development, implementation, and review of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
8. Data Analytics and Strategic Reporting:
  • Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to gather and dissect data pertaining to talent metrics, training efficacy, and employee engagement to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing HR metrics, talent management insights, and the impact of training initiatives, tailored for presentation to senior stakeholders and management, to foster a data-driven approach to strategic planning and decision making.
9. Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, regulations, and organisational policies in all HR and talent management activities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR, talent management, and training.
10. Support in HR Transformation Initiatives and Projects
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR transformation initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to implement new initiatives and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of HR projects, identifying any issues or risks and escalating them as necessary and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in change management activities to support the adoption of new HR practices and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR, including 2 years in a business partner role with demonstrated emphasis on utilising data analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, covering compensation & benefits, employee relations and engagement, performance management, talent management, executive / tech training, internship, and scholarship management.
  • Understanding of relevant labour policies, employment laws, and legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and HR/TM systems.
