Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate closely with Japan engineers, manager in machine investment, improvement and spare parts control.
• Coordinate with external vendor for machine design, modification, repairing and overhaul.
• Use smart factory methodology to improve machines efficiency and energy usage.
• Manage the control of fixed assets inventory.
• Work closely with all section for effective improvements on innovation and cost reduction project.
• Control factory plant facilities up-keeping and ensure continuous smooth operations.
• Implement rationalization projects and good layout projects in the factory.
• Factory logistics controller for shipment of machines related parts from Japan, SG & BT and ensure compliance in this area.
• Process and Capacity planning for new facilities and production equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in factory Industrial Engineering.
• Able to manage expansion project, factory machine innovation and secondary facilities activities.
• Good in project management, facilities and machinery control in factory.
• Work independently and self-driven. Analytical and good problem solver.
• Good communication and project management skill.
• Flexible & adaptable, able to work under pressure with tight delivery schedules.
• Able to travel to BATAM and oversea when project assigned.
• Good eye-sight, no color blindness.
