Our Client, various healthcare MNCs and Public healthcare organizations are currently on a lookout for a patient service assistant at various locations.Do feel free to drop us your resume and we\'ll get back to you shortly on this!! All are welcome to apply!The Challenges:
- To assist customers to download application.
- To educate customers in digital inquiries and to promote awareness of their new app.
- Selected candidates will need to work in retail outlets making sure that customers enquires are also attended to.
- To assist customers to maneuver around the application.
- Min GCE N/O Level with strong flair in communication to people from all walks of life
- On the job training will be provided
- Able to commit for a min duration of 6 month to 1 year and able to work on weekends
- Working Hours: 12pm-9pm (any 5 days in the week, inclusive of weekend and PH)
- Preferably someone who is customer service oriented and enjoy communicating with the general public
- Non Sales role
